Our Founder
Dr. Pierce, a third-generation Chiropractor, practiced in St. Petersburg, FL since 1968. He was the third recipient of the C.C.E. Sherman College Board Certification in Atlas Orthogonality and attended over 50 symposiums focused on the analysis and treatment of neck conditions.
As the founder and developer of the Advanced Orthogonal Technique, Dr. Pierce was also the innovator behind the precision instruments used to deliver the procedure. He designed the Advanced Orthogonal Percussion Adjusting Instrument as well as the new Spinalight C-1000 Instrument, setting the standard for accuracy and consistency in upper cervical care.
In addition to serving as an instructor for the R.W. Sweat Foundation of Atlanta, GA, Dr. Pierce was the Lead Instructor of the Advanced Orthogonal Technique and contributed to the extended faculty at Sherman College of Chiropractic, Life Chiropractic College West, and Palmer College of Florida. He also developed the first Post Graduate Intern Program for Advanced Upper Cervical Doctors, conducted at the Pierce Clinic in St. Petersburg, Florida.
Dr. Pierce’s legacy continues through the instruments he engineered, the doctors he trained, and the ongoing advancement of the Advanced Orthogonal procedure.
