Custom Orders
All products are custom-built to order. Due to the nature of these products, all sales are generally final.
Returns Eligibility
Returns may only be accepted in cases of manufacturing defects or damage during shipping. Any issues must be reported within a reasonable time after delivery.
Refunds
If a return is approved, refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned product. Refunds may be issued to the original payment method.
Exchanges
Defective or damaged products may be eligible for repair or replacement instead of a refund.
Shipping Costs
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Order Cancellation
Orders may only be canceled within a limited time after purchase and before production begins.
